Community Pharmacy for the 21st Century

Grant County Drugs was established on Main Street in Dry Ridge, Kentucky, in 1964 by Robert Wallace, R.Ph. and a partner.  As a leading innovator in community pharmacy services,  Grant County Drugs quickly established itself as one of the top independent pharmacies in Kentucky.  Our pharmacists and staff are committed to treating each of our patients as if he or she were a member of our family.  One of our pharmacists is always available to counsel you about your medications, suggest a nonprescription remedy or answer your health care questions.

GCDOCT.jpg (31484 bytes)   Our pharmacists, Bob Wallace, Dr. Jason Wallace, Dr. Melissa Vice and Dr. Joe Wittrock, will work with you and your doctor to help save you money.  We provide generic substitutes that have been approved by the FDA whenever available for many frequently prescribed brand name drugs.  In addition, we can assist your doctor in prescribing a medication or course of treatment that is covered by your particular prescription insurance plan.  We can also, at times, assist your doctor in selecting the most cost effective strength of a particular medication.  We assist our Medicare patients in selecting the Medicare-approved drug discount card program that best meets their prescription needs.

Combining fast, efficient professional prescription service with personalized counseling and assistance for our patients,  Grant County Drugs remains a health care leader.  With a state of the art Synercom pharmacy computer system, our pharmacists can check for existing allergies and for drug interactions.  And we can provide you with pharmacy receipts and drug profiles for your family, your doctor and your insurance company.

Grant County Drugs has two convenient locations.  Our original location is on Main Street (US 25) in the center of the business district in Dry Ridge.  Our new location is on Barnes Road near the I-75 interchange in Williamstown, next to Summit Medical and St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Grant County Drugs Dry Ridge is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Sundays and most holidays from 11 am to 4 pm.  Grant County Drugs Williamstown is open Monday Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 pm to 3 pm.  We provide twenty-four emergency prescriptions service to our patients.

Grant County Drugs continues its tradition as a leader in community pharmacies in Kentucky.
