In Williamstown, we're located on Barnes Road at the I-75 interchange, next to St. Elizabeth Physicians Williamstown office and St. Elizabeth Medical Center. In Crittenden we're located at the I-75 interchange next to Shell on KY 491 (Violet Road), just down the street from St. Elizabeth Physicians Crittenden office.
